Ketatura Beach House is run by a Buddhist family so they follow the rules in line with thier practice. It is also, as may establishments in the are not licensed so you will have to bring your own. The closest “Wine Shop” is Welligama wine store, a hilarious experience the day before a Poya (full moon) day usually five deep at the counter. They let westerners in the side door.
