Directions

The Guest House is located 20m from Ketature beach, at the end of Abimanagama Road, it has no sign but is the house closest to the beach. You can also walk from Gurubebila beach to the left if you are facing the sea.

Abimanagama Road is located at the junction of the Weligama Bypass road (AB41) and Matara Road (A2). There is a row of shops selling pots by this road and it is also signposted to Cape Weligama 5* Hotel (not the Jungle beach road). Also on the other side is “Barbarian Hotel road” is next to Abimanagama Road

A Tuk Tuk from Weligama Station about 300 Rupees will take you most of the way and to the top of the hill but then the road turns into a dirt track (signpost to KBH) you have to walk 200m and then back on a concrete road on a steep hill to the beach. You need to take the dirt track that heads straight down, slighty to the right not the one that bends to the left. This will take you to the beach. The guest house is in the two buildings just before.

Bring a good torch for night walks across the beach and for the 100m of no street lights at the beginning of the dirt track.
